About Job Customer Service Representative Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer support and handling inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. The position involves shift work with Fridays as a fixed weekly day off. Key tasks and responsibilities: Responding to customer calls and messages across various communication channels (phone, chat, email) and processing their requests. Providing accurate information about products or services and resolving problems and complaints as quickly as possible. Follow up on open cases for clients and ensure that satisfactory solutions are reached. Entering and updating customer data and documenting interaction details on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure the best user experience. Requirements and conditions: Experience: Previous experience of no less than (1-3 years) in the field of customer service or call centers. Work system: Ability to work on a rotating shift system (fixed weekly holiday on Friday).
