Responsibilities • Manage all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service and communication • Direct calls to appropriate departments and personnel, maintaining a detailed log of all communications • Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with the Front Office team to innovate and implement improvements in communication processes • Mentor and support new team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or communication is a plus • 1-3 years of experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role within the hospitality industry • Proficient in telephone systems and call management software • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with hotel operations and front office procedures • Bilingual skills are an advantage, enhancing guest interactions • Experience in a leadership role or project management within a team setting • Additional certifications in customer service or hospitality management
