Service Operations Coordinator

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to: Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for customer visits, maintenance, installations, and technical support. Manage customer service requests, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and resolution. Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, equipment details, and customer communications. Coordinate service quotations, spare parts, service contracts, and warranty-related activities. Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up with engineers to ensure timely completion. Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to support service delivery. Prepare service reports and monitor key service performance indicators. Handle customer complaints and escalations, supporting improvements in service efficiency and customer satisfaction. To be successful, you will need to meet the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Laboratory Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, CRM, or service coordination. Experience coordinating field service engineers, customer visits, maintenance, installations, and technical support activities. Experience within medical, laboratory, analytical or scientific equipment industries is strongly preferred. Knowledge of service reports, work orders, quotations, spare parts, and service contract administration. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Fluency in English. Due to Nationalization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
