Operation Coordinator

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring that workflows are seamless and align with strategic objectives. • Analyze and interpret advanced operational performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. • Collaborate with senior management and various teams to align operational strategies with organizational goals and optimize resource utilization. • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive schedules for operational activities, including staffing, logistics, and equipment allocation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. • Proactively manage and resolve complex operational issues and conflicts, providing strategic solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity. • Prepare and present detailed operational reports, including performance metrics, progress updates, and incident analyses to senior management. • Drive the implementation of new processes, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and materials. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or challenges. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Operations Management or equivalent. • 03+ years’ experience in related field. • Proficiency in operational management software and ERP systems. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
