VortexWeb's face to the client. Run discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders to map processes and pain points. Design CRM architecture: modules, pipelines, automation, roles, integrations. Write proposals, scope documents and roadmaps. Present in person across the UAE and GCC. Work with engineering to ensure solutions are built as designed. Post-implementation reviews. Build VortexWeb's library of industry templates. Needs: 3+ years in CRM consulting, business analysis or solutions architecture. Deep understanding of Bitrix24, monday.com, Salesforce or HubSpot. Experience with real estate or professional services operations. Exceptional presentation skills, English required, Arabic a plus. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
