Job description

Make the sales machine work. Manage the pipeline in Bitrix24: deals, contacts, activities, forecasts. Prepare proposals, SOWs, presentations and client documentation. Coordinate follow-ups, meetings and handoffs between sales and delivery. Weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insight. Research prospects, industries and competitors. Optimise templates, automations and approval workflows. Needs: 2+ years in sales operations, sales support or business coordination. CRM proficiency on Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot or monday.com. Strong Excel or Google Sheets. Exceptional organisation. Professional English. Multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
