Job description

Lead the engineering team and own architecture, code review and deployment across every system VortexWeb builds, client and product. Lead and mentor 8+ developers across CRM, web and automation. Own end-to-end architecture from database design to cloud infrastructure. Design solutions that scale across enterprise clients. Collaborate directly with the CEO and clients on technical strategy and product roadmaps. Manage deployment pipelines, CI/CD, security and production stability. Needs: 7+ years in software development with 2+ in technical leadership. Deep expertise in React, Laravel or Node.js, AWS and relational databases. CRM platform experience on Bitrix24, monday.com, Salesforce or HubSpot. Architecture and scaling experience. Strong client-facing communication. Experience managing cross-timezone teams.
