Technical Team Lead Backend and Full Stack

• Lead and mentor developers, review code, and establish consistent engineering standards while contributing to complex features. • Own backend architecture and technical decisions, balancing scalability, security, maintainability, and delivery priorities. • Partner with Product and Project Manager to clarify requirements, estimate work, plan technical tasks, and communicate risks and dependencies. • Develop APIs and third-party integrations, including payment service provider connections and transaction workflows. • Ensure reliable transaction processing through idempotency, failure recovery, reconciliation, and accurate, auditable financial data. • Guide frontend integration and collaborate with frontend developers on secure, usable business applications. • Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Security on automated testing, CI/CD, release readiness, and production support. • Investigate incidents, improve performance and monitoring, manage technical debt, and maintain architecture and API documentation. • Experience with payment gateways, PSP integrations, forex or fintech platforms including settlements, reconciliation, multi-currency processing, or cryptocurrency payments. • Cloud infrastructure experience such as AWS and operating highly available production systems. • Familiarity with tools such as Drizzle ORM, BullMQ, and Vault or equivalent technologies.
