Crewing Officer - Subsea / Diving

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Crewing Officer to support our offshore diving operations by coordinating personnel mobilization, crew logistics, compliance documentation, and workforce planning. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant crewing operations across offshore vessels, barges, and project sites. • Maintain and update personnel certification and competency records for offshore and diving personnel. • Coordinate crew rotations, mobilizations, and demobilizations for offshore projects and vessels. • Verify and monitor diving certifications, training records, and compliance documentation. • Liaise with project teams and Diving Operations Management on manpower planning and crew requirements. • Coordinate visa, work permit, and travel arrangements for offshore personnel. • Ensure personnel movements and working details are accurately recorded and communicated to payroll. • Arrange travel and accommodation for offshore personnel when required. • Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless crew changes. • Generate crewing reports, dashboards, and workforce statistics. • Support crew cost optimization initiatives, training coordination, and workforce development activities. • Respond to employee queries related to crewing and personnel matters. • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline. • Experience in crewing, manpower coordination, and offshore personnel administration. • Experience within the subsea industry is highly preferred. • Good understanding of offshore personnel certification and compliance requirements. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
