MARINE HSEQ COORDINATOR

• Maintain all vessel certificates. • Ensure that vessel surveys, audits, and inspections are carried out in a timely manner, in close coordination with the Operations team and the surveyors, auditors, and inspectors. • Ensure that vessel surveys, audits, and inspections are accurately recorded in ShipManager. • Collect, analyze, and process data from all vessels to ensure accurate reporting, support informed decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. • Prepare and deliver training to onboard crew as required. • Actively participate in and promote the company's safety culture. • Mandatory sailing history • Knowledge in Maritime Software [DNV ShipManager] or alike • Experience in Flag and Class requirements • Certification in Maritime studies We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
