Crewing Coordinator

Within the Crewing Department, your main responsibilities will include: Managing crew planning and mobilization by ensuring the optimal assignment of seafarers according to project requirements, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating their integration, and supporting their professional development to meet the company's operational and strategic needs. Managing crew administration and employment contracts, including payroll follow-up, leave management, and personnel records, while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. Monitoring compliance and certifications by ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and maintaining up-to-date mandatory certifications, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of operations. Managing visa applications and immigration-related processes for crew members. Ensuring compliance with client accreditation requirements, including ADNOC and ARAMCO registration and approval processes.
