Control & Reporting Coordinator

Supports the finance department with administrative, clerical, and basic accounting tasks. This role ensures that financial operations run smoothly by maintaining records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and assisting with budgeting and audits. Responsibilities • Daily cash collection & cash reconciliation • Process employee expense claims (petty cash) and verify supporting documents. • Maintain and update financial records and databases. • Reconcile invoices, statements, and bank transactions. • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems. • Maintain proper filing systems for financial documentation. • Handle administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and responding to basic finance-related inquiries.
