Accountant – Finance & Administration

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Operations Support the Senior Accountant with daily accounting, including accounts payable and general ledger postings Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payment requests with the right documentation and approvals Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations Track customer payments and follow up on collections Contribute to monthly and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents in Odoo ERP Prepare documentation for VAT, corporate tax, audits, and other compliance needs Build and update Excel-based finance trackers, reporting templates, and calculations Support cash flow monitoring, expense analysis, and budget tracking Gather and validate financial data for reporting and forecasting Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requested Administration & Operational Support Provide part-time support to the Administration team with general office and business tasks Maintain company records, contracts, supplier documents, and administrative files Assist with marketing activities Support supplier onboarding, document collection, and compliance-related administration Help coordinate travel arrangements, purchasing, and other operational activities Ensure accurate filing and timely follow-up on open administrative tasks Team Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with colleagues across Finance and Administration Provide backup support to other finance team members when needed Identify ways to simplify accounting and administrative workflows Drive improvements in financial systems, automation, and internal controls Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Solid grasp of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP systems. Odoo experience is a strong advantage A clear understanding of how AI-based tools can improve finance and admin work Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Experience with UAE VAT and local accounting requirements is an advantage Background in an international company or technology/SaaS environment is a plus Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accurate records Well-organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive and ready to own both finance and administrative tasks Comfortable working across teams in a dynamic, international setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English A genuine drive to learn and grow professionally Why Join Us?
