Company HR

• Assist with daily HR and administrative operations. • Support employee recruitment, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee records, attendance, and leave records. • Assist with employee visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID, and work permits. • Support HR-related procedures through MOHRE, WPS, and other UAE government platforms. • Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers when required. • Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration. • Handle general office administration, document filing, and correspondence. • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management. • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience in the UAE preferred. • Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures. • Familiarity with MOHRE, WPS, and UAE visa procedures is an advantage. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required.
