Civil Foreman – Villa/Building Construction (Dubai)

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, foundations, concrete works, steel fixing, shuttering, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and finishing works. • Manage and allocate daily tasks to masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and general labourers. • Read and understand architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate site execution. • Coordinate with the Site Engineer, subcontractors, and MEP teams. • Monitor daily manpower productivity, material consumption, and construction progress. • Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. • Identify site problems and report them promptly to the Site Engineer. • Minimise material wastage and ensure proper use of construction tools and equipment. • Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety procedures, including the use of PPE. • Prepare daily manpower attendance and progress reports. • Ensure assigned activities are completed according to project schedules. • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience. • Villa Experience: Previous experience in Dubai villa construction is mandatory. • Main Contractor Experience: Strongly preferred. • Good knowledge of structural works, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing activities. • Ability to read and interpret basic architectural and structural drawings. • Proven ability to supervise construction workers and subcontractors. • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality construction requirements and site safety practices. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate in English; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage. • UAE driving licence is an advantage. • Immediate availability is preferred.
