Civil Supervisor

• Supervise daily civil construction, structural strengthening, and concrete repair activities on site. • Oversee concrete jacketing, chipping, drilling, chemical anchoring, reinforcement fixing, formwork, and concrete casting works. • Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. • Manage and coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution. • Monitor daily work progress, productivity, and compliance with project schedules. • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Technical Office Engineers, and Project Managers regarding technical requirements and site activities. • Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and arrange site inspections as required. • Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures. • Identify and report site issues, delays, technical discrepancies, and material shortages. • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization of construction materials. • Maintain daily site reports, including manpower allocation, completed activities, and work progress. • Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry . • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Proven experience in building construction, structural strengthening, and concrete repair works . • Practical knowledge of concrete jacketing, drilling, chemical anchoring, reinforcement fixing, formwork, and concrete casting. • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. • Strong experience in supervising site manpower, subcontractors, and daily construction activities. • Good understanding of construction quality standards, site inspections, and HSE requirements. • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple site activities, and meet project deadlines. • Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. • Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
