Camp Boss

• Camp Administration : Manage room and bed allocation, occupancy records, resident register, check-in/check-out of employees and issue/recovery of keys, lockers and camp assets. • Discipline & Conduct : Enforce camp rules and code of conduct; control entry/exit and visitors; prevent prohibited activities (alcohol, smoking in rooms, illegal electrical connections, unauthorized guests); investigate complaints and report incidents to HR. • Health, Safety & Fire Prevention : Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defence standards; maintain fire-fighting equipment logs; conduct fire and evacuation drills; manage first aid and emergency response; promote heat-stress awareness in summer. • Hygiene & Housekeeping : Supervise daily cleaning of rooms, washrooms, kitchens and common areas; arrange pest control, water-tank cleaning and waste management with approved contractors. • Maintenance & Facilities : Conduct daily inspections of AC, plumbing, electrical and furniture; raise and follow up on work orders; give priority to AC breakdowns. • Transport Coordination : Coordinate bus schedules with the transport team and ensure employees are ready on time for all shifts. • Employee Welfare : Act as first point of contact for employees’ concerns; arrange medical attention for sick employees; communicate company notices; support welfare activities (Ramadan, Eid, National Day). • Compliance & Records : Keep authority permits and certificates valid; support government inspections and audits; maintain all camp registers and checklists. • Reporting : Submit weekly occupancy and monthly camp reports to the HR Manager. • 5+ years of work experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating proven leadership and operational expertise. • Certifications in First Aid and CPR are mandatory, ensuring the safety and well-being of all camp residents.
