Camp Administrators

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of staff accommodation and camp facilities. • Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and occupancy records. • Ensure accommodation areas, kitchens, washrooms, and common spaces are clean and well maintained. • Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns. • Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, security, and catering teams as required. • Respond to employees’ concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. • Maintain accurate records, including resident lists, incident reports, and maintenance requests. • Support camp rules, health and safety procedures, and company policies. • Coordinate transport or errands when required, using a company vehicle. • Carry out other duties related to camp operations as assigned.. • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred. • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in camp administration or a similar leadership role. • Exhibits strong knowledge of camp operations, including program development, risk management, and staff supervision.
