Camp Boss

• Ensure morning routine to make sure all workers go to their sites • Report absences and find corrective measures • Oversee the camp and it's maintenance requirements • Accompany and guide workers to medical fitness test and biometric when required • Maintain accurate records of rooms and employees and update system company system on a daily basis • Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently to maintain high standards of service. • Manage and coordinate accommodation logistics for staff and guests, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. • Supervise and train camp staff, fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale. • Implement and uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all camp occupants. • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating progressive responsibility. • Certifications in health and safety, food handling, or first aid are highly desirable to ensure compliance with regulations. • Experience in remote or offshore camp settings is advantageous, highlighting adaptability and resilience.
