Business Development Manager (High-Ticket Sales Closer - HNI Clients)

We are a Dubai-based company, established in 2006, providing premium financial-markets training and proprietary AI and software trading technology to private clients - business owners, senior professionals, investors and high-net-worth individuals across the UAE, Middle East, USA and internationally. Our core program sells at approximately USD 10,000, with additional premium solutions that reach well into six figures. We are expanding our Dubai sales team and hiring experienced closers. This is a senior, high-ticket B2C sales role, not an entry-level position. What you'll do This is a full-cycle role: you create the opportunity, book the meeting, present and close. • Call warm and hot leads generated daily by our marketing team, mostly from paid ads; build rapport, create genuine interest and handle early objections on the phone. • Revive and reconnect with our database of leads built over nearly two decades in business from past ads, trade shows, events and referrals. • Generate your own opportunities through networking, referrals and events, and build a network of agents and introducers who bring you clients. • Book meetings, in person at our Dubai Knowledge Park office, and online when in-person is not possible. • Deliver a compelling presentation and close the sale in the meeting. • Follow up so booked meetings show up and agreed payments come in on time. • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently hit monthly meeting and revenue targets. • You must be exceptional on the phone and equally strong face-to-face. Roughly half this role is phone work; the other half is presenting, closing and relationship-building. Who this suits 3+ years selling high-ticket products or services directly to individuals — coaching or training programs, forex/stocks, off-plan real estate, timeshare, luxury, insurance, private banking or premium software • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, with real numbers you can discuss in interview • Excellent spoken English • Credible and composed with wealthy, experienced buyers who ask hard questions • A natural networker who is comfortable in rooms full of business owners and investors • Persistent by nature: comfortable hearing "no," following up ten times and asking for the money • Currently in the UAE with a solid understanding of the local market • Polished, professional appearance and manner What we offer Lucrative salary package agreed individually based on the experience and ability you demonstrate, plus a high commission structure that rewards closers better than almost anywhere in Dubai.
