Key Responsibilities • Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking and client engagement. • Identify prospective clients and understand their investment requirements. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Present suitable real estate investment opportunities and property portfolios. • Conduct client consultations, negotiations and sales closures. • Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage client information through CRM systems. • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
