Business Development Manager

The Role This is a relationship-led sales position focused on developing new business, building a strong client portfolio and growing existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers and managing the sales process from initial engagement through to bespoke order delivery. What We're Looking For • Proven sales or business development experience within the UAE. • Background in luxury, premium or high-value product sales. • An established network across Dubai's corporate, hospitality or real estate sectors. • Experience managing key accounts, bespoke orders and longer sales cycles. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills. • A polished, professional approach with the ability to represent a premium luxury brand.
