Business Development Manager – AV & Smart Home

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AV and Smart Home industry. • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, and end clients. • Promote AV and Smart Home solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and opportunities. • Coordinate with technical and project teams to support successful project execution. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records. • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, or account management within AV, Smart Home Automation, ELV, Home Cinema, Security Systems, or related industries. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. • Strong network within the UAE AV, construction, interior design, real estate, or technology sectors. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience developing strategic partnerships and dealer relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • UAE driving licence highly preferred. • Diploma, bachelor's degree, or other graduate qualification accepted.
