Bitrix24 Product Team

• For Senior Developer - Design the product architecture on Bitrix24: modules, components, data structures, integrations. • Technical leadership: task decomposition, estimation, distribution of work among developers. • Code review of all merge requests; maintain coding and documentation standards. • Develop the most complex and critical parts of the product (core, performance, security). • Set up processes: CI/CD, environments (dev/stage/prod), migrations, release cycle. • Mentor Middle and Junior developers; take part in hiring and onboarding. • Work with the product manager and the business on technical questions. • For Middle Developer - Develop product functionality: modules, components, REST methods, event handlers, business processes. • Extend and customise standard Bitrix24 modules (CRM, Tasks, Smart Processes) without modifying the core. • Build user interfaces with Vue.js / BitrixVue and the Bitrix UI library. • Write unit tests for own code; fix defects reported by QA. • Take part in peer code review, task estimation, and documentation of own modules. • Work on integrations: Bitrix24 REST API, webhooks, external services. • For Junior Developer: Deliver small tasks: component, template and form modifications; field and permission configuration. • Fix defects based on QA reports. • Write simple event handlers, agents and REST calls following existing examples. • Build and refine interfaces (HTML/CSS/JS). • Document own tasks; take part in code review as an observer. • For QA Engineer: Build the QA process from scratch: test plan, checklists, acceptance criteria, pre-release regression. • Functional, regression and integration testing of product modules on Bitrix24. • Testing of REST APIs (Postman / Insomnia), webhooks and integrations with external systems. • Automation of priority regression scenarios (UI and API). • Logging and tracking defects, reproduction, prioritisation together with the lead. • Verification of access permissions, role models, and CRM / business-process scenarios. • Participation in planning: test effort estimation, review of task specifications for testability. Senior Developer • 5+ years of commercial development experience, 3+ of them on Bitrix24 / 1C-Bitrix. • Deep knowledge of the D7 core: ORM (Bitrix\Main\ORM), events and handlers, agents, modules, components, information blocks and highload blocks. • Experience building custom Bitrix24 modules (on-premise) and Bitrix24 Market applications (REST API, OAuth, local applications). • Knowledge of Bitrix24 business modules: CRM (deals, leads, contacts, pipelines), Tasks and Projects, Business Processes and Smart Processes, Document Management. • PHP 8.x, OOP, SOLID, design patterns; Composer; PHPUnit. • MySQL/MariaDB: query optimisation, indexes, EXPLAIN analysis, working with large tables. • JavaScript/ES6+, Vue.js (BitrixVue), Bitrix UI library (BX.UI). • Experience setting up CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar), Docker, Bitrix environments. • Experience managing a team of 2+ people, or at least 1 year as a tech lead on a project. • Experience running code reviews and technical interviews. • Experience implementing Bitrix in a business from scratch with full coverage of all operational processes. Middle Developer • 2–4 years of commercial development experience, 1.5+ of them on Bitrix24 / 1C-Bitrix. • Solid knowledge of D7: ORM, components (including complex ones), modules, events, agents, information blocks, highload blocks. • Understanding of the Bitrix24 structure: CRM, Tasks, Smart Processes, access permissions, custom fields. • PHP 8.x, OOP, PSR standards, Composer. • MySQL: writing and optimising queries, indexes. • JavaScript/ES6+, basic Vue.js; HTML/CSS. • Experience with the Bitrix24 REST API (webhooks, OAuth, local applications) — at least one delivered integration. • Git flow, merge requests, working from a task tracker. Junior Developer • 6+ months of commercial or educational development experience (internship, freelance, pet projects with code on GitHub). • PHP 7.4+ / 8.x: syntax, OOP, working with arrays, basic error handling. • SQL: SELECT with JOIN, filtering and sorting; understanding of primary and foreign keys. • HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript (DOM, events, fetch). • Familiarity with 1C-Bitrix or Bitrix24: installation, directory structure, information blocks, components — at least at the level of a training course or one project. • Git: clone, commit, branch, merge request. • Ability to read documentation and formulate questions. QA Engineer • 3+ years in QA, 1+ of them on Bitrix24 or 1C-Bitrix projects. • Knowledge of Bitrix24 at the level of a confident user/administrator: CRM, Tasks, Business Processes, Smart Processes, access permissions. • Test design: equivalence classes, boundary values, pairwise, decision tables. • REST API testing: Postman/Insomnia, understanding of HTTP, JSON, OAuth, response codes. • SQL at the level of SELECT with JOIN for verifying data in the database. • Automation experience: Playwright, Selenium or Cypress (JavaScript/Python) — at least one project. • Experience with bug trackers and test management systems (TestRail, Qase, Allure TestOps or similar). • Ability to read logs (PHP, web server) and localise a defect to frontend / backend / integration.
