Senior Odoo Developer

• Lead the development of complex Odoo modules, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with business requirements. • Design and implement Odoo customizations, including new features, integrations, and modifications to existing modules, focusing on optimal performance. • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging code, and identifying root causes to provide effective and timely solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications • 3–8 years of professional software development experience, with substantial hands-on Odoo development experience. • Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework architecture. • Experience developing and customising Odoo modules. • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL queries, and database optimisation. • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. • Familiarity with Odoo OWL framework and modern frontend development. • Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, access rights, record rules, and module development. • Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, Git, and version control. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
