Architect Engineer

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings and design documents. • Supervise architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and other engineering departments. • Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. • Monitor site progress and ensure quality standards are maintained. • Ensure compliance with ADM regulations and applicable UAE building codes. • Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP departments. • Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural technical issues. • Prepare technical reports, inspection requests, and project documentation. • Follow up on project approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities when required. • Ensure project execution is completed within approved timelines and quality requirements. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in the UAE. • Valid ADM Architect Engineer Registration Card is mandatory. • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and building requirements. • Experience in building construction and architectural site supervision. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of construction materials, finishing works, and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience working on Abu Dhabi construction projects. • Experience coordinating with consultants and government authorities. • Knowledge of UAE building codes and approval procedures.
