• Architect Engineer: Lead the conceptualization and design development of innovative architectural solutions, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional integrity.
• Architect Engineer: Translate client needs and project requirements into detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
• Architect Engineer: Oversee and coordinate the work of design teams, clients, stakeholders, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in architectural design or structural engineering.
• Experience in dealing with Abu Dhabi MEPs and TAMM.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP, 3D max, Photoshop, Lumion, Acrobat (PDF), MS Office, and others.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and materials.
• Ability to interpret and create complex technical drawings and reports.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
