Architectural Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Architectural Engineer with a valid Umm Al Quwain Municipality license. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, design, and municipality approval procedures, with hands-on experience in preparing and submitting applications to the Umm Al Quwain Municipality. Key Responsibilities • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and design proposals. • Handle architectural submissions and approval applications to Umm Al Quwain Municipality. • Coordinate with municipality authorities regarding drawing approvals, permits, and project requirements. • Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building regulations and municipality standards. • Review and revise drawings based on authority comments and approval requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering departments. • Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely approval of architectural submissions. • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, permits, and approval records. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. • Valid Umm Al Quwain Municipality license is mandatory. • Proven experience working as an Architectural Engineer in the UAE. • Good knowledge of architectural planning, design, and building regulations. • Hands-on experience preparing and submitting applications to Umm Al Quwain Municipality. • Strong understanding of architectural approval procedures and documentation. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design software. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Mandatory Requirement: Valid Umm Al Quwain Municipality license.
