Subject: Senior Architectural Engineer – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy Office in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must be registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality (DMT) and have extensive experience in engineering consultancy, municipality procedures, residential villa projects, and project management from initial client consultation to final handover.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Must have valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (DMT) engineering registration.
• Excellent knowledge of TAMM and Abu Dhabi Municipality systems , including all engineering submissions, approvals, permits, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, building codes, and requirements for residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to manage the entire project lifecycle, from the client's first visit to the consultancy office until final project completion and key handover .
• Experience in preparing and submitting architectural drawings, building permits, revisions, inspections, and completion certificates.
• Strong knowledge of project payment procedures, payment applications, progress payments, consultant certifications, and payment approvals , including government housing programs.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and other engineering disciplines.
• Experience supervising draftsmen, reviewing architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with municipality requirements.
• Full understanding of the correct sequence of engineering consultancy procedures, approvals, construction stages, and project handover.
• Ability to independently manage multiple villa and residential projects.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

We are specifically looking for an engineer with strong practical experience in Abu Dhabi Municipality systems, submissions, and approvals — not only architectural design experience.
The candidate must be capable of independently handling consultancy procedures and managing projects from start to finish.
