Manager - Architectural

Join a prestigious Government Entity in Dubai and contribute to the delivery of high-profile architectural projects, overseeing design development from initial concept through successful project completion. • Lead architectural projects throughout the entire design lifecycle, from pre-design and concept development to schematic design, detailed design, and project completion. • Develop architectural concepts and design strategies aligned with project briefs, client expectations, and functional requirements. • Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings, presentations, specifications, and technical documentation at all design stages. • Manage and guide architectural designers and CAD specialists to ensure high-quality design deliverables. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless design integration. • Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, authority regulations, project specifications, and quality standards. • Lead design reviews, client presentations, and technical meetings to obtain approvals and resolve design-related issues. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout project execution. • Monitor project timelines, design deliverables, and resources to ensure timely completion and adherence to approved project requirements. • Oversee design development and implementation through construction and project handover, ensuring the final outcome aligns with the approved architectural design. • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university. • Professional Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. • Design Expertise: Proven experience in managing the complete architectural design lifecycle, from pre-design studies and concept development through schematic design, detailed design, construction documentation, and project completion. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, authority regulations, construction standards, and design coordination requirements. • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead multiple architectural projects, manage design deliverables, and ensure adherence to approved timelines, quality standards, and project requirements. • Coordination Skills: Extensive experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, interior design, and other engineering consultants. • Leadership Capabilities: Proven ability to lead architectural design teams, supervise CAD specialists, manage external consultants, and drive design excellence. • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience engaging with clients, senior management, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle. • Design Portfolio: Experience delivering high-quality, complex, and prestigious architectural projects, preferably within government, institutional, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale development environments. • Preferred Nationality: European or Arab nationals are preferred. • Location: Candidates should be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai, subject to the role requirements.
