Design Manager

Lead and deliver architectural projects across all stages Act as a key link between senior leadership and the design team Mentor and develop junior team members Ensure high standards of design quality and technical delivery Liaise with clients, consultants, and UAE authorities 8 10 years professional experience in architecture Proven experience working in the UAE Strong background in hospitality and/or F&B projects preferred Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end Confident in both design and technical delivery Experience mentoring or managing junior team members Clear evidence of project ownership on completed work Strong understanding of UAE regulations and authority approvals Background in boutique or mid-sized architectural practices A balanced skillset across leadership, design, and delivery
