Design Manager - Architecture

We are seeking an accomplished Design Manager to join a leading architectural practice based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a design-minded leader to oversee design quality, coordination and delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring every scheme meets the highest standards from concept through to completion. Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a design management, associate or senior leadership role • Architectural qualification, with international chartership such as RIBA or AIA preferred • Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, high-rise, commercial or hospitality projects • Previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with a strong understanding of local authority approval processes • Strong knowledge of design stages, consultant coordination and technical detailing • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience of BIM coordination and common data environments • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
