Accountant- Odoo Specialist

Job description: Accountant ( Odoo & QuickBooks Specialist ) Company: Toulin Medical Trading LLC Location: United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE , possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and be capable of independently managing the company's financial records and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. • Manage daily accounting transactions using Odoo ERP and QuickBooks . • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. • Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and other applicable financial regulations. • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts. • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits. • Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. • Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions. • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE . • Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and QuickBooks (mandatory). Mandatory Requirements • Valid UAE Driving License. • Valid UAE Residency Visa. • Age between 27 and 40 years . • Currently residing in the UAE.
