Accountant

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare and post journal entries, sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expenses. • Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and supplier accounts. • Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple clients. • Assist in preparing UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax calculations. • Prepare trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. • Review accounting records, identify discrepancies, and assist with necessary adjustments. • Maintain and organize financial documents and supporting records. • Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures. • Work with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel. • Complete assigned accounting tasks accurately and within deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • 2–5 years of accounting experience. • Knowledge of Zoho Books or QuickBooks. • Good Microsoft Excel skills. • Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. • Must currently reside in the UAE with a valid residence visa under existing sponsorship and be eligible for the appropriate work permit. Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 per month. Job Type: Full-Time – Hybrid (4 Days in Office + 2 Days Work From Home). Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off). Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
