Accountant

• ERP System ａｎｄ Business Documentation Monitor ａｎｄ review inventory in-bound ａｎｄ out-bound transactions ｉｎ the company's ERP system to ensure data accuracy ａｎｄ completeness. Assist with sales ａｎｄ purchase invoices, ａｎｄ organize, file, ａｎｄ maintain relevant business documents ａｎｄ supporting records. • Daily Accounting ａｎｄ Financial Records Generate accounting vouchers through the ERP system based on business transactions ａｎｄ supporting documents. Independently handle daily bookkeeping ａｎｄ financial data organization, maintain accounting records ａｎｄ supporting documentation, understand ａｎｄ review financial statements, ａｎｄ assist the supervisor with other accounting-related tasks. • Tax Filing Support Assist ｉｎ organizing ａｎｄ reviewing business documents ａｎｄ financial records required for Value Added Tax (VAT) ａｎｄ Corporate Tax filings, supporting the timely ａｎｄ accurate preparation of tax returns. • Annual External Audit Coordinate ａｎｄ assist with the annual statutory external audit. Prepare, organize, ａｎｄ provide financial records ａｎｄ supporting documents as requested by external auditors. • Diploma ｏｒ bachelor's degree ｉｎ Accounting, Finance, ｏｒ a related field. • Relevant accounting ｏｒ finance experience; previous work experience ｉｎ Dubai ｏｒ the UAE is preferred. • Proficiency ｉｎ Microsoft Excel ａｎｄ accounting software. Experience with Kingdee ERP is an advantage. • Strong accounting fundamentals, with the ability to handle daily bookkeeping independently ａｎｄ understand financial statements. • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, good communication skills, ａｎｄ a strong team-oriented mindset.
