Account Manager (Sales IT software ) Only Emarati

Drive sales by acquiring new customers, securing new projects from existing accounts and closing solution upgrades. The role focuses on new deals and upgrades; change requests and upselling are excluded from its scope. Key responsibilities • Identify and qualify prospective customers across the assigned sales territory, and develop opportunities to acquire new logos. • Identify new project and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts while keeping change requests and upselling outside the role scope. • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation and contract closure. • Work with presales and delivery teams to define solutions, project scope, pricing and delivery commitments. • Build relationships with decision makers, respond to tenders and maintain a qualified sales pipeline. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and opportunity updates, and coordinate a clear handover after closure. Experience and skills • Relevant experience in enterprise software or IT services sales, with evidence of acquiring new customers and closing project deals. • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and pipeline management skills; knowledge of GCC markets is preferred. • Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred for client engagement across the assigned territory. Targets and performance review Review period Minimum target achievement Q1 50% of the assigned target H1 onwards 70% of the assigned target Additional measures include new customers acquired, new project and upgrade deals closed, pipeline quality and forecast accuracy. If the required quarterly target is not achieved, only one additional quarter will be considered as a notice period, particularly during the first two years of employment. Formal notice and subsequent employment decisions are subject to company policy, the employment contract and applicable local requirements.
