Enterprise Prospecting & Client Acquisition: Identify, map, and engage decision-makers (School Principals, Vice Principals, IT Directors, and Board Governors) across private K-12 schools in the UAE. Solution Selling & Demos: Deliver high-impact, consultative product demonstrations highlighting the value of our system (SIS + LMS + AI Assessment Engine). Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key educational stakeholders to secure multi-year SaaS contract renewals and expansion opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our technical and product teams to map school workflow requirements and ensure smooth client onboarding. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, software account management, or consultative tech sales (EdTech, ERP, or Enterprise Software experience preferred). Technical Background: Strong IT fluency with a hands-on understanding of SaaS business models, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and cloud-based software architectures. UAE Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the UAE private education sector with an existing network of school leaders. Languages: English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Sales Drive: Self-motivated, highly target-driven, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills and the ability to work independently.
