Yacht Steward / Stewardess

Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests on board and provide warm, professional, and personalized hospitality. • Prepare the yacht before each trip, ensuring all interior areas are clean, organized, and presented to the highest luxury standards. • Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail. • Assist with guest requests and provide attentive service throughout the charter. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins, lounges, dining areas, bathrooms, and other interior spaces. • Coordinate with the captain, chef, and other crew members to ensure smooth yacht operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. • Assist with table setting, dining arrangements, and onboard service preparations. • Monitor onboard supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and guest amenities. • Follow all yacht safety, hygiene, and company service procedures. • Handle guest belongings and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Represent Beno's standards at all times. Requirements • Previous experience as a yacht steward/stewardess, hotel hospitality professional, or in luxury food and beverage service is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to guests' needs promptly. • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. • A valid UAE residence visa and relevant maritime or safety certifications are an advantage, subject to role requirements.
