Waiter / Waitress – Subla Tea **Location:** Escape to Masfout **About Us** Subla Tea is a welcoming tea house dedicated to serving high\-quality tea, coffee, and light refreshments while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional waiter/waitress to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude. * Present the menu and answer questions about food and beverages. * Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly. * Ensure customers enjoy an excellent dining experience. * Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized. * Process bills and handle payments accurately. * Assist with opening and closing duties. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards. * Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a café, tea house, or restaurant is preferred. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Team player with good time management skills. * Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required. * Basic English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
