Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer\-oriented **Waiter** to join our team. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and seat customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer inquiries. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen. * Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high service standards. * Check on customers during their meals and address any requests or concerns. * Prepare and arrange tables before and after service. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. * Process bills and handle cash/POS transactions accurately. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards. * Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel (UAE experience preferred). * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Basic English speaking skills (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage). * Positive attitude with a professional appearance. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. * Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
