VP – Finance

Vice President – Finance Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting To: CFO / Senior Management Role Overview We are looking for an experienced VP – Finance to lead the company’s financial strategy, with a strong focus on fundraising, capital structuring, investor relations, and real estate finance . The role will work closely with senior management, investors, banks, and financial institutions to support the company’s growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute fundraising and capital-raising initiatives across debt, equity, structured finance, and private capital. • Develop and manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices, and other financial partners. • Lead funding transactions from structuring and negotiations through due diligence and financial closure. • Escrow management exp. is an added advantage • Develop financial models, investment proposals, business plans, and investor presentations. • Evaluate project feasibility, investment opportunities, funding requirements, and capital structures. • Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, treasury, and financial risk management. • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for business expansion, investments, and project development. • Ensure strong financial governance, controls, compliance, and reporting. • Lead and mentor the finance team and drive overall financial effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA / CFA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred. • 12+ years of experience in finance , including significant experience in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record in fundraising, debt/equity financing, project finance, and capital structuring . • Strong experience in real estate/development finance is a must. • Established network with banks, investors, funds, and financial institutions. • Strong financial modelling, commercial negotiation, investment analysis, and stakeholder management skills. • UAE experience must.
