CFO

▪️ Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. ▪️ Oversee cash flow, treasury, working capital, and financial performance. ▪️ Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable UAE tax regulations. ▪️ Manage audits, financial risks, internal controls, and cost optimization. ▪️ Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and business growth. ▪️ Lead the finance team and advise senior management on strategic decisions. ▪️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. ▪️ CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification highly desirable. ▪️ 15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership experience. ▪️ Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent. ▪️ Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or multinational organizations is preferred. ▪️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax, budgeting, and financial risk management. ▪️ Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
