Volume Technical Recruiter MEP

The role • Run the full cycle on technical volume briefs: source, screen, trade-test, offer, mobilise. • Fill MEP and E&I roles: shift engineers, HVAC and chiller technicians, UPS, LV, BMS, plant operators. • Deliver at least 3 qualified CVs per role within a week of terms signed. • Build and own a live candidate pool across the UAE, India and the Philippines. • Coordinate certificate checks, trade tests, visas and mobilisation with client HR teams. • Work alongside senior consultants who own client relationships, then grow your own accounts. What you'll bring • 3 to 5 years in technical recruitment in the UAE, in-house or agency side. • A track record of high-volume delivery, with real monthly hire numbers and job titles. • Working knowledge of trades and which certificates matter: DEWA, Civil Defence, CDCP, Uptime, OEM tickets. • Your own sourcing network and database across the UAE, India and the Philippines. • Data centre, critical facilities or water and utilities client exposure is a strong plus. • Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tagalog language skills are a plus.
