Trainer

Your Impact: As the Trainer , you will act as the official image, voice, and hands of Parfums Christian Dior across Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, and Fashion Accessories . Sharing expertise and passion, you will serve as a role model for our Beauty Consultants and Specialists to inspire, convert, and build sustainable relationships with our clients while maintaining the highest level of expertise. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic and French is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail luxury beauty and training. Retail knowledge and sales-oriented mindset with a passion for transmission (technical and practical). Exceptional product knowledge across Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, and Fashion Accessories. Strong training, public speaking, and presentation skills. Client-centric mindset with a genuine interest in the cosmetic and luxury industry. Digital savvy and proficient with computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, etc.) and comfortable with video creation/camera presence. VIC database management experience is a plus.
