Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the fragrance and beauty marketing strategy, category performance, and operational excellence for Parfums Christian Dior in the UAE market. This role drives brand leadership, market share growth, and best-in-class campaign execution across all touchpoints (including makeup, skincare, signature fragrances, La Collection Priv e , and accessories). Combining strategic marketing vision with operational rigor, the role oversees local marketing planning, trade marketing and retail activation, budget and resource management, asset workflows, and process optimization. Working closely with Central Marketing, commercial teams, retail partners, and external agencies, the Head of Marketing ensures flawless local execution aligned with Dior s brand DNA and standards. Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the luxury, fragrance, and beauty industry. Deep understanding and appreciation of brand strategy, luxury codes, and Dior brand DNA. Strong expertise in the UAE retail landscape, consumer dynamics, and local market execution requirements. Strong leadership presence with proven ability to motivate commercial teams, manage senior stakeholders, and influence external partners. Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a rigorous approach to meeting deadlines and ensuring flawless execution. Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in P&L/budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting. Fluent in English. French and Arabic are strong advantages.
