Skincare Educator

• Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs on skincare product formulations, active ingredients, and application techniques for diverse audiences. • Translate complex scientific information about skincare efficacy and safety into easily understandable language for sales teams, estheticians, and consumers. • Conduct hands-on workshops and virtual sessions demonstrating product usage, treatment protocols, and troubleshooting common skincare concerns. • Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, user guides, and assessment tools, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. • Advanced degree (B.S./M.S.) in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Dermatology, or a related scientific field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry, with a focus on technical training or education. • Proven expertise in skincare formulation, ingredient science, and understanding of dermatological principles. • Certification in esthetics or a related beauty professional qualification is highly preferred.
