Timekeeper

• Accurately track employee attendance and hours worked daily to ensure proper payroll processing. • Utilize timekeeping software to log and manage employee time entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Coordinate with department managers to resolve discrepancies in time records and assist with scheduling needs. • Generate timely reports on employee attendance trends, overtime, and leave balances for management review. • Demonstrate a good understanding of construction operations, accurately recording workforce activities, allocating man-hours to the correct project and cost codes, and ensuring reliable data for manpower tracking and cost reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in timekeeping or payroll administration within a corporate environment. • Worked on timekeeping software. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
