Position 1: Tile Fixing Foreman (1 position) Taijian Construction LLC – Dubai Vacancy: Tile Fixing Foreman Responsibilities: Lead and supervise tile fixing crews on site, including floor and wall tiling works Set out tile layouts and control levels, lines and slopes according to drawings Conduct daily quality inspections on tile installation: flatness, alignment, grout joints, hollowing rate and cutting accuracy Prepare setting-out marks and cutting lists; minimize material wastage Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams and other trades to resolve clashes before and during installation Check substrate readiness (screed/plaster) before tiling and report defects Manage labor productivity, daily progress reporting and material requisitions Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use proper PPE Position 2: Ceiling / Drywall Works Foreman (2 positions) Taijian Construction LLC – Dubai Vacancy: Ceiling / Drywall Works Foreman Responsibilities: Lead and supervise ceiling and drywall installation crews (gypsum board ceilings, partitions, bulkheads, MF/gypsum framing systems) Set out ceiling levels, grids and shadow gaps according to drawings Control installation quality: framing spacing, board fixing, jointing, level tolerance and alignment with MEP openings (lights, diffusers, sprinklers) Coordinate with MEP teams for ceiling service coordination before board closing Prepare material requisitions and cutting lists; control wastage of gypsum boards and profiles Manage daily labor deployment, progress tracking and reporting to the site engineer Check slab readiness and survey datum before ceiling installation Ensure workers follow site safety rules, especially when working at height Position 3: Blockwork & Plastering Foreman (1 position) Taijian Construction LLC – Dubai Vacancy: Blockwork & Plastering Foreman Responsibilities: Lead and supervise blockwork (concrete block / AAC block) and internal/external plastering crews Set out blockwork lines, levels and openings (doors, windows, MEP sleeves) according to drawings Control blockwork quality: verticality, flatness, joint thickness, mortar mix and curing Control plastering quality: thickness, flatness, corner beads, junctions with columns/beams, and surface finish readiness for painting/tiling Coordinate with MEP teams for conduits, sleeves and chases before and during blockwork Prepare material requisitions (blocks, cement, sand, mortar additives) and control wastage Manage daily labor deployment, progress tracking and reporting to the site engineer Ensure workers follow site safety rules and use proper PPE • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role for tiling, drywall, blockwork, and plastering projects. • Proven expertise in various tiling methods (e.g., ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) and understanding of substrate preparation. • Proficiency in installing various drywall systems, including framing, board fixing, taping, and finishing. • Strong knowledge of blockwork construction techniques and plastering applications for interior and exterior surfaces.
