INTERIOR FITOUT FOREMAN

• Site Supervision: Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for residential, commercial, office, retail, and villa interior fit-out projects. • Complete Fit-Out Execution: Oversee gypsum partitions, false ceilings, carpentry, joinery installation, painting, flooring, tiling, wall finishes, glass partitions, and other interior finishing works. • Manpower Management: Allocate daily tasks to carpenters, masons, painters, gypsum workers, MEP technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to maximise productivity. • Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand architectural drawings, interior design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution. • MEP Coordination: Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities to ensure proper integration with interior finishing works. • Work Planning & Scheduling: Plan daily site activities, monitor progress, and achieve project deadlines as instructed by the Project Manager. • Quality Control: Inspect workmanship, maintain high finishing standards, identify defects, and ensure all works meet approved drawings and project requirements. • Material Management: Monitor material availability, calculate site material requirements, minimise wastage, and communicate material requests in advance. • Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise subcontractor activities and ensure their work meets quality standards, project schedules, and site requirements. • Problem-Solving: Identify site issues, resolve routine technical and execution problems, and immediately report major concerns to the Project Manager. • Site Measurements: Take accurate site measurements, verify dimensions, and coordinate installation and finishing activities accordingly. • Health & Safety: Ensure workers follow UAE site safety regulations, use appropriate PPE, and maintain a safe and organised working environment. • Progress Reporting: Provide daily updates on completed works, manpower deployment, material requirements, site issues, and pending activities. • Snagging & Handover: Conduct finishing inspections, rectify snagging items, coordinate final cleaning, and prepare completed areas for client handover. • Site Coordination: Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, designers, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution. We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Foreman capable of independently supervising and executing complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and efficient manpower utilisation. Proven UAE/GCC experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out and turnkey projects . • Strong practical knowledge of gypsum, carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring, ceiling works, and interior finishing. • Ability to independently handle complete interior fit-out site execution. • Good understanding of drawings, measurements, construction methods, and finishing standards. • Experience supervising multi-skilled workers and subcontractors. • Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under tight deadlines. • Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and manpower management skills. • Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality requirements. Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have direct interior fit-out industry experience and be capable of supervising all major trades involved in complete turnkey interior projects. General civil construction experience alone will not be sufficient.
