Required a Team Supervisor for a Maintenance company

Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at project sites. • Allocate work to carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, gypsum workers, and other site personnel. • Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. • Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements. • Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to minimize delays. • Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities. • Maintain site discipline and enforce health and safety regulations. • Conduct daily toolbox talks and monitor the use of appropriate PPE. • Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status. • Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams when required. • Verify measurements and completed work for subcontractor billing and project documentation. • Support project handover by ensuring snag items are completed and rectified on time. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, including supervisory responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of interior finishing works such as gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, glass, MEP coordination, and finishing activities. • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior fit-out drawings. • Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. • Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations. • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. • Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
